Supporting Regeneration in Cumbria
This website is here to help the regeneration of Cumbria in the following three ways:
- Introduce and direct you as easily as possible to many of the organisations and projects that are involved in the regeneration of Cumbria
- Highlight some of the issues that affect the people, communities and businesses in Cumbria
- Provide an independent impartial place for you to comment on what you feel the issues are and to say what you would like to see happen to help resolve them

We've also highlighted some of the issues facing Cumbria and are inviting you to submit your ideas and take part in short surveys. Ideas you provide will be displayed in the your ideas section.
Cumbria is a uniquely beautiful diverse county that people feel passionately about, it is in the midst of significant changes that are affecting a great many people. The cost of housing, a loss of young people, low average wages, a loss of large employers and continuing changes in agriculture are some of the issues causing concern for many in the county. The organisations and projects on this website are here to help make a difference.
